About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Airudi, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying MLOps systems to support the productization of innovative AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create/maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning systems productization and automated tests suites for machine learning systems, including data processing workflows.
  • Assume a leadership role in implementing new technologies and defining roadmaps that expand the team's impact.
  • Participate in code reviews for machine learning modules to guarantee their quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as a technical role model for junior members of the team and mentor them in establishing machine learning engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineering peers, product management, and research partners to understand company needs and devise possible solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in ML engineering.
  • Proficiency in French and English (allowing interaction with North American, European, and African clients).
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with popular data science and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Pandas, FastAPI, etc.
  • Experience with modern data platforms and tools such as Spark, Databricks, MLflow, Prefect, and Airflow, and working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure systems such as Azure, GCP, AWS, and scalable ML model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with version control systems (preferably Git).
  • Functional in a remote work environment.
