Fulfillment Services Specialist

The Royal Bank of Canada seeks a highly skilled Fulfillment Services Specialist to support the Private Banking business in delivering operational expertise and efficient client-focused solutions.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionThis challenging role involves providing exceptional execution and delivery of client transactions, resolving complex issues, and improving operational processes. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with partners to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior execution and delivery of client transactions and maintenance in an efficient manner
- Act as the problem resolution champion leveraging appropriate partners to resolve client concerns
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of operational processes, including account opening and maintenance
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Superior client servicing skills and professional attitude at all times
- Solid experience in branch operations including all Service Platform transactions, wire payments, foreign exchange contracts, CART, Sales Platform account openings, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
