Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at H & B Financial Group Ltd. in Operations. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, and 35 hours of work per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • You will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff.
  • In addition, you will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • You will also carry out various administrative activities, assist in preparing operating budgets, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Furthermore, you will assemble data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, and oversee payroll administration.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be expected to resolve conflict situations, monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures, and plan and control budgets and expenditures.
  • Your work term will be permanent, with a standard working language of English, and 35 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review/evaluate existing ones.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry, oversee payroll administration, and resolve conflict situations.
  • Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures and plan/control budgets and expenditures.
