Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our Security Operations team at Robinhood. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our security vision and driving operational excellence.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of security professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional programs, developing strategic plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Security & Privacy teams, Corporate Engineering, Engineering, and Risk Management to ensure seamless collaboration and drive business outcomes. Your expertise in program management, security operations, and leadership will enable you to make significant contributions to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead hands-on end-to-end program management from design to delivery
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze Security Operations and Safety by Design metrics and devise plans for continuous improvement
  • Advocate for the Security Operations and Safety by Design team's plans and overall strategy
  • Establish, refine, and document our security operating procedures
  • Provide transparency into the team's work and priorities through effective communication practices
  • Collaborate with other Security & Privacy teams, Corporate Engineering, Engineering, and Risk Management to ensure alignment with cross-functional initiatives
  • Work closely with our legal, audit, and regulatory partners to ensure compliance and meet legal requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business/Risk Management, or related fields
  • 5 years of experience with leading programs in the Security Operations space
  • Experience in building and program managing complex cross-functional programs
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in one or more security subject areas
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize automation over manual processes
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO)
  • Familiarity with security operations tools and safety by design processes
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
