Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
