Job Title: Food Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Services Operations Manager to join our team at Kajun Chicken & Seafood. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, service, and safety meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of these services.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that all staff members are meeting the required standards and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members and customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all customers have a positive experience when visiting our establishment.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food services operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising a team of staff members.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to speak and understand multiple languages.
