We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PAPA MURPHY'S PIZZA - ACADIA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their skills in administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our office procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and maintain schedules, coordinate appointments, and oversee the preparation of reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with management to create and enforce policies and procedures that promote efficiency and productivity.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is essential.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
