Office Operations Coordinator

M2 Domotique is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the activities of our HR department, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, disability benefits, and life insurance.
