We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at ALL CARE INSURANCE BROKERS LTD.

About the Role

This Administrative Assistant position involves providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinating the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluating daily operations and identifying areas for improvement
  • Opening and distributing mail and other materials
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Providing customer service and responding to electronic enquiries
  • Compiling data and statistics, and maintaining digital databases
  • Greeting clients and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Support for Diverse Groups

We also provide support for newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous people through diversity and cross-cultural training, creating a welcoming work environment for everyone.

This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
