Job Title: Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant to join our team at PRABH HOMES PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. As a Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure effective marketing practices
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure successful project execution
  • Perform administrative tasks to support marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute development projects to drive business growth
  • Develop venture capital sources to support business expansion
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material to support marketing efforts
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions to engage stakeholders
  • Prepare sports, literary, performance or other contracts to support business partnerships
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights
  • Develop portfolio of marketing materials to showcase business achievements
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business decisions
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions to increase brand visibility
  • Maintain database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites to support business growth
  • Prepare funding applications to secure business funding
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve business objectives
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials to engage stakeholders
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher, MS Windows, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Spreadsheet software
  • Electronic mail proficiency
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
