Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Technical Coach to join our team at Insight Global. As a DevOps Technical Coach, you will play a key role in helping teams adopt DevOps best practices and improve their software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Upskilling and Adoption: Help teams upskill and adopt DevOps best practices to improve their software delivery lifecycle.
  • CI/CD Onboarding: Assist development teams in onboarding to the Golden CI/CD Template.
  • Pipeline Customization: Collaborate with the program team to enhance and customize the Golden Pipeline based on team requirements.
  • DevOps Delivery Coaching: Provide coaching to teams on all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle framework, with a strong focus on TDD, BDD, and shifting left security compliance and removing technical debt.
  • Product Ownership and Scrum Master Coaching: Provide coaching to team and product ownership/scrum masters on product-centricity and DevOps/Agile fundamental practices.
  • Impediment Removal: Observe teams to understand and remove impediments keeping them from operating effectively as a DevOps/Agile team.
  • Automation Opportunities: Work closely with teams to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Training Materials: Create training materials relative to specific DevOps training needs.
  • Enterprise Transformation: Participate in enterprise DevOps transformation team efforts.
