About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, IT Quality Assurance to join our Client Service Technology Contact Centre team. As a key member of our Technology team, you will be responsible for leading the investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases, designing and managing end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business, and providing clients with quality products that meet business and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases, ensuring that all test deliverables are received, approved, and aligned to project timelines, budgets, and goals.
  • Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business, using your expertise in software development testing to provide clients with quality products that meet business and system requirements.
  • Provide advice to your team, including ongoing feedback, support, and mentorship, and proactively identify any potential issues throughout all test phases, suggesting possible improvements or enhancements.
Requirements
  • You have a strong background in software development testing, automation, and software process improvement, with experience in writing and executing SQL queries and software development in Java, C#, Python, VBScript, etc.
  • You are a team player who can demonstrate experience in leading teams, providing coaching and mentoring, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • You are passionate about delivering high-quality results, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
