Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project management activities, including financial, planning, and contracting aspects.
  • Work with various project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Support senior team members in project documentation and coordination.
  • Produce internal and external project status reports.
  • Manage and update project budget data and reports on individual project financial statuses.
  • Review budget data and forecast project services costs for each quarter.
  • Coordinate consultant drawings, documentation, and other submissions among the project team for review and comments.
  • Assist design managers in compiling multi-discipline reports for client review.
  • Maintain high standards related to final product quality.
  • Assist with overall project performance, including forecasting, costing, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, managing projects.
  • A university degree in engineering, architecture, or other related discipline.
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve client, project, and technical issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications.
  • PMP, OAA designation, or other industry-recognized credentials are considered assets.
  • French/English bilingual is considered a strong asset.
  • Must hold or be eligible for Reliability or Secret level security clearance from the Federal Government.
