Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at LeadingAhead Energy Inc. as an Administrative Support professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing the inventory of office materials and supplies.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
    • Manage and reconcile office expenses, including invoices and receipts.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve financial management and control.
  • Human Resources
    • Provide support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve employee engagement and retention.
    • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
