Appointment Coordinator

As an Appointment Secretary, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
* Provide customer service
* Compile data, statistics, and other information
* Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
* Perform data entry
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and database software
