The Role: Transformation Design Leader

As a key member of our consulting practice team, you will deliver collaborative solutions and processes to our clients to support their development of adaptive capacity- the capacity of a group to push beyond the boundaries of their formal authority to adapt to change.

You will work closely with others in your team, including designers, project managers, and directors, who steward the overall project journey and consultancy. You will have accountability for leading and designing processes and scopes of work as part of larger journeys, with an expectation of advancing to leading larger consulting projects as you grow and develop.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and designing processes and scopes of work as part of larger journeys;
  • SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES BY IDENTIFYING POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITIES, SCOPING AND DEVELOPING APPROACHES AND RESPONSES FOR PROPOSALS, AND WORKING WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT ON ESTIMATES;
  • DELIVERING WRITTEN OUTPUTS AND INPUTS TO PROJECTS AS NEEDED, INCLUDING PROPOSALS, PRESENTATION MATERIALS AND REPORTS;
  • ANALYZING QUALITATIVE/QUANTITATIVE DATA TO IDENTIFY PATTERNS TO INFORM FURTHER STUDY OR PROJECT DIRECTION;
  • Supporting the team and business in being a high-performing entity by supporting business development activities, knowledge-sharing and actively sharing your experience with team members.

This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement in the organization with the consulting practice as a practitioner.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related creative agency or consulting role, with design and facilitation experience, and demonstrated ability in delivering discrete elements of projects on time, within scope, and within budget in a variety of sectors.

Additionally, you should be outcomes-focused while maintaining good collaborative working relationships with the people you work with, willing and able to work when and where are clients are – meaning the occasional early morning and/or late evening and some event-based travel, and able to manage large volumes of detail, while also seeing the forest from the trees.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, a generous annual allowance for staff to use to create and maintain a safe and comfortable workspace at home, extended health benefits, including a wellness spending account and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a flexible time-off policy that allows all staff members to take the time off they need, alongside a company-wide 2 week paid closure at the end of December, and the encouragement and incentive for all staff to seek professional development opportunities that support their learning and growth.
