Digital Experience Product Strategy Director

The Opportunity
The Product Strategy Director - Digital Experience will lead the development and implementation of digital product roadmaps that support our sales and marketing initiatives for the Retail Asset Management Business across North America. This role will work closely with business partners to set strategy, produce preliminary design concepts, and then partner with internal/external design & development teams to implement and iterate on them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product roadmaps in support of organizational goals.
- Initiate and prioritize projects with development teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, track product development, and develop product launch plans.
- Own the product strategy developed in conjunction with business partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams for every stage of product development.
- Collaborate with business partners to set strategy and develop go-to-market plans.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of digital products.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience of digital delivery within Asset Management businesses a plus.

Primary Location: Toronto, Ontario
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary range is expected to be between: $103,050.00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD
