Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team at Wendel's True Foods Inc. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats. You will also oversee the baking process, ensure quality control, and manage inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory goods, following recipes and special orders.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain high-quality products.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and rotated properly.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a baking role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
