Senior Fund Accountant, Private Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant to join our Private Markets team at MUFG Investor Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial reporting and administration services to our Private Equity and Private Debt clients.
Your primary focus will be on reviewing financial data, loading it into our internal accounting systems, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will also be responsible for setting up, preparing, and reviewing consolidations through the investment structure, as well as processing payments and bookkeeping entries.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure smooth delivery of services and completion of deliverables. If you have a strong background in fund administration or audit, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and load financial data into internal accounting systems
- Set up, prepare, and review consolidations through the investment structure
- Process payments and bookkeeping entries
- Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure smooth delivery of services
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working in fund administration or audit
- Private Equity or Real Assets experience preferred
- Experience working with Investran or Geneva is a plus
- University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc. is an asset
