Customer Service Representative, Private Banking

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the quality and efficiency of branch operations, adhering to regulatory and internal bank guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the Private Banking Team to resolve client issues and concerns.
Requirements:
- Strong PC and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of branch systems, including FFT, Intralink, Salesbuilder, and Salesforce.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and confidently within authority and limits assigned.
- Sensitivity to client needs and privacy.

Fluency in English and French is required. Pursuant to a language needs assessment conducted by Scotiabank, the successful candidate will be required to be able to communicate in English because they will serve an English-speaking clientele.
