Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at Parkgate Farm Market. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- The work language is English.
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent product knowledge and recommendations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to ensure smooth store operations.
- You must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- You should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
