Executive Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to oversee talent services in our British Columbia office. This key role will drive strategic initiatives for continuing professional development, career growth, and capacity management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading student and associate programs from hiring to performance reviews. They will also lead EDI and wellness initiatives, as well as other special projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of marketing and relationship-building.
As a vital member of our team, you will align our regional objectives with the firm's vision while fostering a supportive environment for professionals to thrive. Your mission will be to optimize the contributions of our people and maintain our reputation as a leading employer in Canada's legal sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing talent strategies to support business objectives

- Leading EDI and wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being
- Mentoring and coaching students and associates
- Collaborating with senior leaders to drive business results

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
