Critical Care Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at the Fort St. John Hospital and Health Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our department.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with Northern Health's standards and policies.
- Assess and manage patients' physical and emotional needs, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Utilize your critical thinking skills and experience to make informed decisions about patient care, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions when necessary.
Competitive Salary: $41.42-$55.91 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- One year of recent experience in intensive care, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current certifications in CPR, IV therapy, blood glucose monitoring, and ventilator use.
