Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales and profitability in a retail store environment. As a Store Manager at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense control, human resources management, and merchandising and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee and manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Implement and maintain Company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Manage store expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with Company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
