Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Bulwark Security & AV Solutions Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events with precision and attention to detail.
- Train other staff members on new procedures and systems.
- Record and prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication among team members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and tact.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked workspace.
- Arrange travel itineraries, book reservations, and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Greet clients, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Participation in government or community programs that support newcomers, youth, Indigenous people, or mature workers is a plus.
- Permanent employment opportunity with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English is required.
