We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to lead packaging creation for new product development, commercial expansion, and brand enhancements. This role will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance for all DECIEM packaging in all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead packaging creation for new product development, commercial expansion, and brand enhancements.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for all DECIEM packaging in all markets.
  • Review and manage website text for existing products (ingredient lists, directions, warnings, and marketing information).
  • Support review and implementation of enhanced website compliance (claims and other regulatory information).
  • Review internal and external marketing language (technical communications, marketing materials, and training tools).
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Manage global extended producer responsibilities including the submission of reports and payment of fees.
  • Support sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of cosmetic, NHP, and OTC packaging requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology or another relevant field OR equivalent work experience.
