Director, Cyber Resilience at EQ Bank | Equitable Bank


Job Overview:

This role oversees the development and implementation of cyber resilience strategies to protect the bank's assets and data. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, controls, and practices.

The Director, Cyber Resilience will lead the bank's efforts in managing cyber risk, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats. They will also develop and maintain processes for measuring and tracking cyber capabilities maturity levels.

In addition, the Director, Cyber Resilience will oversee the bank's activities related to third-party cyber risk exposure, working closely with the 2nd Line of Defense in alignment with the bank's Third-Party Risk Management framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a minimum of 8 years of technical IT experience and 6 years of cyber security experience. They should also have a good understanding of human risk factors and techniques for managing this risk, including security awareness programs.
