Job Description:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum salary range for this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst - IT Service Management.

The successful candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow integrations, APIs and data mapping rules and will assist in the implementation of change management within assigned projects.

The analyst will work closely with technical, process and business groups to develop processes to manage, protect and measure Service Unit Testing business solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in technical workshops with clients and stakeholders to finalize design solutions
  • Support the release manager for the execution of the master implementation plan
  • Provide input on processes, procedures or new approaches
  • Assist with process definition and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise working in ServiceNow integrations like bonding, Autocue etc.
  • Experience with APIs and data mapping rules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
