Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated and skilled Emergency Physician to provide high-quality patient care in an emergency setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork.

Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary of $403,000 per year, in addition to MOCAP level 1 and FFS billings for Trauma services.

Work Schedule

The physician will be required to work 13-14 shifts per month, with shifts of up to 9 hours. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to participate in on-call requirements, including 2 days of Trauma Team Lead per month.

Requirements
  • Doctorate in Medicine
  • Canadian College of Family Practitioners – Emergency Medicine (CCFP-EM) or FRCPC EM or ABEM Full License with CPSBC, CMPA Coverage Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Advanced Trauma Life Support Certification (ATLS)
