### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Policy Specialist to join our team at CMHC. As a key member of our policy analysis team, you will play a critical role in achieving our government program objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

* Apply sound judgement and decision-making practices based on complex financial analysis while making recommendations.
* Maintain quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives and explore opportunities.
* Manage risk by exercising prudence and due diligence while reviewing, assessing and approving applications.
* Communicate decisions, interpreting policies and responding to inquiries related to CMHC's housing programs.
* Provide input to shape functional policies, products, and processes.

### Requirements

* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce.
* Five (5) years' experience in construction financing, real estate, financial markets or credit risk analysis for Multi-Unit properties.
* Bilingualism (French and English).
