Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rangeela Modern Indian Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our business.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Provides Awareness Training: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
