Traffic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team at Metro Traffic LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of traffic on our roads.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Traffic Plans: Create and implement specific plans to prioritize traffic flow and optimize traffic signal timing.
- Coordinate with Other Teams: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on traffic flow, congestion, and other relevant metrics.
- Resolve Work Problems: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our team works in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be required to have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
