Store Manager

BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations, evaluating performance, and managing staff to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Evaluate store performance and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Manage staff to achieve business objectives, including recruiting, training, and developing talent.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Determine staffing requirements and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our team members.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
