Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified relief instructor to join our team at Thompson Rivers University.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students in the Professional Cook Training Program, covering topics such as meat, poultry, and seafood cookery, vegetable and starch cookery, stock, soups, and sauce preparation, breakfast cookery, baking, and dessert preparation, and cold kitchen management.

Qualifications include a journey person certificate and a minimum of five years' full-time work experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
