About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Travelodge Lethbridge. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff, including checking in and out guests, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are performing to the best of their abilities.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Urban area, hotel, motel, resort.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
