Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 888 Fast Food Enterprises Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
