Pacific Waterproofing Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their team.
Estimated Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. This includes coordinating with the accounting department to ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee data and update payroll records
- Process bi-weekly payroll runs, including calculating gross pay, deductions, and net pay
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employment taxes and benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at Pacific Waterproofing Ltd.'s location. There are no remote work options available.
