Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Alberta LTD. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. The ideal candidate will also assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

In addition, the Office Administrator will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in administration, we encourage you to apply.
