We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team at OpenRoad Auto Group.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of high-quality vehicles from top brands, including Acura, Audi, BMW, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by determining each prospective client's vehicle needs through effective communication and listening skills.
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base by seeking out new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as demonstrate vehicles to potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
  • Use closing techniques effectively and seek assistance from management when necessary.
  • Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations.
  • Set goals for monthly productivity and plan how to achieve them.
Requirements:
  • A current OMVIC license and a valid Ontario driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to make sound decisions in accordance with job functions.
