About the Role

The Legault Group is seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Consultant to join our dynamic team of human resources professionals. If you are passionate about training and development, and want to make a significant impact on the career growth of our employees, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative training programs that engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Identify training needs through regular skill assessments and meetings with managers to prioritize talent development.
  • Develop personalized career development plans with employees and managers to promote career advancement and talent retention.
  • Measure the impact of training initiatives using performance indicators and participant feedback to continuously improve the process.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality educational offerings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in skill development to integrate best practices and innovative pedagogical tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development management, with a focus on career advancement.
  • Technical skills in andragogy, online and offline training tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with talent for communication, leadership, and motivation.
  • Fluency in French and English, essential for interacting with our teams and partners across Quebec and English-speaking provinces.
