Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hanna Sub Corp. o/a Subway (Hanna). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a standing position for extended periods and must be able to maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
