Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of branch employees to achieve sales and service targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other branch teams to achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and training to employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage branch operations, including cash handling, security, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related field
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
