Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating inspections, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas
  • Supervise staff to ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Supervise in-house laundry services and coordinate dry cleaning and valet services
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
  • Hire and dismiss staff as needed
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role
  • Ability to supervise 5-10 people
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Client focus, reliability, and team player
  • Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
