  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings with customers.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Utilize multiple software applications to manage customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Organizational, follow-up, and paper-flow handling skills.
  • Quick thinking and learning abilities.
  • Positive, flexible, and process-oriented attitude.
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
  • Professional and confident demeanor.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is ideal or preferred.
  • High school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous call center experience is an asset but not required.
