Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense and counsel patients on medications, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of prescriptions.
  • Develop and coordinate patient care functions, including medication reviews and patient education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards for pharmacy practice.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving prescription pharmaceutical products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, promoting a positive and welcoming experience for patients and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy with a license to practice in Saskatchewan.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards, including those related to medication safety and patient care.
