We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training and Development Professional to join our team at TAG HR. This exciting opportunity will allow you to lead training and development initiatives at a not-for-profit organization, advancing your career in Human Resources.

About the Role:
  • Assess and design training programs while delivering onboarding and group/individual training to meet staff needs.
  • Support leadership in developing training skills, providing advice to managers, directors, and board members.
  • Track training outcomes, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and report skills gaps or performance issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a pet-friendly environment, offering a unique blend of work-life balance and professional growth. If hired, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate administrative and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, collective agreements, and health and safety standards.

About You:
  • You will need 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training and development.
  • You should have experience designing and delivering adult training/education programs, formal education in learning theories and training methodologies.
  • A strong proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is preferred, along with skilled use of Microsoft Office applications.
