About This Role

Destinationone Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and sales growth in the North American market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients within designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Sell our innovative Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaSS) model to businesses across various sectors, including Healthcare, HealthTech, Municipalities, NonProfits, Legal, Public Accounting, and Food.
  • Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in target sectors to position destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution.
  • Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
  • A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment services, particularly in the North American market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of managing remote work using your home office and internet setup.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearBenefits
