We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to manage financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash, including bank reconciliations, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, accurate, client focus, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
