Job Title: Front Desk Operations ManagerSalary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

The Front Desk Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our front desk. This includes managing staff, addressing customer complaints, establishing work schedules, and implementing marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire staff members who share our passion for hospitality.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer engagement.
  • Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
Language of Work:

English.

Working Hours:

35 to 40 hours per week.
