Job Title: Front Desk Operations ManagerSalary: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearThe Front Desk Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our front desk. This includes managing staff, addressing customer complaints, establishing work schedules, and implementing marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and hire staff members who share our passion for hospitality.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer engagement.
- Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
