Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor

Auxaire Inc. is seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor to join our team

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to oversee our sales teams and drive sales growth in our door-to-door sales business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members to improve sales skills and techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory and ensure that sales teams have the necessary products to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in sales and marketing
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment, door-to-door sales business, and retail business
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
